Terms of Service

    Last updated: October 21, 2026

    1. Who we are

Corenna (the "Service") is operated by Nathan Claiborne ("we", "us", "Corenna"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. The Service

Corenna is a build orchestration service that connects to GitHub repositories you control and produces signed Android (.apk, .aab) and iOS (.ipa) application artifacts using GitHub Actions and signing credentials you provide.

    3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you use the Service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

    4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not permit anyone to:

    • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
    • Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
    • Upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its operation.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive source code of the Service.
    • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
    • Circumvent any usage limits, quotas, or technical restrictions.

    5. Your content and credentials

You retain all ownership of your source code, repositories, signing keys, certificates, and build artifacts. You grant Corenna a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit this material solely as necessary to operate the Service for you. We do not claim rights to your code or builds.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to upload and process the materials you submit, and that doing so complies with the licenses governing your code and any third-party assets.

    6. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including the Corenna software, documentation, branding, and workflows — is owned by Nathan Claiborne and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan.

    7. Payments, billing, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, subscription term, renewal, cancellation, taxes, invoicing, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

    8. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service depends on third-party providers (GitHub, Apple, Google, our hosting and payment providers) whose availability is outside our control.

    9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination you may export your data for a reasonable period; thereafter we may delete it.

    10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

    12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nathan Claiborne from any third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

    13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

    14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nathan Claiborne resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence apply.

    15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, internet or utility failures, or governmental action.

    16. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

    17. Contact
